We got tired of planning weddings across static forms, disjointed text messages, massive planner PDFs, scattered song lists, and last-minute emails. It felt like piecing together a puzzle where half the pieces were kept in different rooms.
Tested on 200+ Weddings
Womack Services runs DJ, photo, video, and coordination on real weddings—more than 200 of them to date. We tried every combination of shared docs, custom PDFs, intake forms, and sprawling email threads to get what we needed from couples before the wedding day.
None of it held together with the elegance our couples deserved. So we built the digital portal we needed inside our own company.
